We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ciao@narici.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. Returns must be approved in advance – unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products that have been opened or used (including removing the protective seal) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that perfumes are classified as dangerous goods due to their alcohol content. This means that they must be shipped using approved carriers and in compliance with regulations for hazardous materials. We advise you to check with your chosen courier service about the correct procedure for returning perfumes. Returns shipped incorrectly may be rejected or delayed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refused deliveries & Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused, not claimed, or cannot be delivered because the recipient does not pay customs duties, taxes, or other import charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us.
We encourage customers to review local customs regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
In such cases:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.
- Any return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, or other costs billed to us by the courier will be deducted from the refund.
